Art Update

I might be getting to a point where I can start working on the new comic. Let me know if my patrons are interested in getting a sneak peek. I am in talks with a publisher and I’m going to try to make it so that patrons in a certain tier might be able to get an early sneak peek at the story.

If they let me share a look at the script or stream while I’m drawing the comic, would anyone here be interested in that? Let me know in the comments.

Oil Painting Update

Anyways, to the title image. For those that follow me on Instagram, you already know that I’ve decided to alter the look of the background. I didn’t like how the old version looked too dark and simple.

I wanted a sort of drooping moss sort of feel, and had plans on how to get that look in my head. But it just didn’t feel interesting to me. Originally I was going to do a simple background to save time, but I knew deep down that I didn’t want that for this oil painting.
So I drew out some trees in the background, add some leaves and added some drooping moss from some of the branches that I plan on adding texture over the beige color.

But I’m liking it so far.
