WIP: Cyberpunk Queen

The title might change based on the end result. I start with a concept and sometimes that idea swerved when I work on personal artwork because my main goal with these pieces to explore.

My attempt with this piece is to play with painting neon colors or lighting. We will see how successful I’ll be.
